Introduction

Influx 2.0 is operated by Tecdo Hong Kong Limited and its affiliates. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you access or use Influx 2.0, including creator discovery, creator collection, email outreach, inbox, analytics, billing, and related services.

By using Influx 2.0, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you are responsible for ensuring that the organization and its authorized users comply with this policy.

02

Information We Collect

Account information: name, email address, company or workspace information, authentication identifiers, preferences, and information you provide during registration, login, support, or account management.

Creator and campaign data: creator profiles, public social media information, contact details, lists, tags, notes, outreach records, campaign settings, and related materials that you import, collect, generate, or manage through the service.

Connected email data: when you authorize Gmail, Outlook, or another supported provider, we process OAuth tokens and email metadata or message content needed to provide inbox, compose, reply, sending, tracking, and synchronization features.

Usage and technical data: device, browser, IP address, log data, pages viewed, actions taken, feature usage, diagnostics, cookies, and similar technologies used for security, analytics, and service improvement.

Payment data: billing plan, transaction status, customer identifiers, invoice metadata, and payment-related records processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card numbers.

03

How We Use Information

We use information to provide, maintain, secure, and improve Influx 2.0; authenticate users; operate workspaces; process creator search and collection tasks; support outreach and inbox workflows; send service communications; process billing; prevent abuse; and comply with legal obligations.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand product usage, improve models and workflows, monitor performance, and develop new features. We do not use your private connected email content to show third-party advertising.

04

Connected Email and Google API Data

If you connect Gmail or Google-related services, our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Depending on the permissions you grant, Google API data we process may include your Gmail account email address, message and thread identifiers, sender and recipient addresses, subject lines, timestamps, labels, snippets, message bodies, attachments, drafts, sending metadata, and related synchronization records needed to provide the email features you request.

We only access Google user data for the purposes you authorize, such as synchronizing messages, sending emails you initiate, displaying inbox content, and supporting outreach workflows. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or allow humans to read it except when necessary for security, legal compliance, support requested by you, or when the data has been aggregated or de-identified.

OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. We may store or cache Google user data only as needed to operate requested features, maintain synchronization, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and keep audit or security records. Access is limited to authorized systems, service providers, and personnel who need it for these purposes.

We do not use Google user data to train generalized AI or machine learning models, build advertising profiles, or determine creditworthiness. AI-assisted drafting, summarization, classification, or workflow features process Google user data only to provide functionality you request, unless data has been aggregated or de-identified and used in accordance with this policy.

We share Google user data only with service providers that help us provide, secure, support, or operate Influx 2.0, or when required for legal, safety, or security reasons. Such providers may process Google user data only under our instructions and appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.

If you connect YouTube-related services, your use is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

05

Sharing and Disclosure

We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, analyze, support, bill, or operate the service. These providers may only process information for the purposes we authorize and under appropriate contractual safeguards.

We may disclose information when required by law, legal process, or governmental request; to protect the rights, safety, and security of Influx 2.0, our users, or others; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or similar transaction.

When you connect third-party platforms, we exchange data with those platforms according to your authorization and their applicable terms and privacy policies.

06

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, secure sessions, measure product usage, and improve the service. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling cookies may affect authentication or product functionality.

07

Retention and Deletion

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and the context in which it is processed.

OAuth tokens are retained only while the relevant connection is active or as otherwise needed for security and legal purposes. When you disconnect an email account, we stop using the related OAuth token for synchronization and delete or disable the token according to our operational retention practices.

You may disconnect Gmail from within Influx 2.0 or revoke access through your Google Account. After disconnection or a verified deletion request, we delete or de-identify stored Google user data associated with the connection within a reasonable period, unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, backup integrity, or audit purposes.

08

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, monitoring, and secure authentication practices. No internet-based service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we work to reduce risk and respond to potential incidents.

09

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may also disconnect third-party accounts from within the product or through the relevant third-party provider.

To exercise rights or ask privacy questions, contact us at support@creativault.ai. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

10

Children

Influx 2.0 is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

11

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the service or other appropriate means. Your continued use of Influx 2.0 after an update means the updated policy applies.
